One of Hong Kong’s most illustrious business names creates UK-based charity, inspired to improve the lives of Hong Kong citizens starting new lives in Britain

BNO scheme
The UK government estimates that 5.4 million Hong Kong residents are eligible for the program, or approximately 72% of its 7.5 million inhabitants.

These include:

  • 2.9 million BNO holders and eligible candidates
  • 2.3 million dependents of the BNOs
  • 187,000 18-23 years old with at least one BNO parent
