This follows the company’s recent announcement ProteusRF, the first of several platforms taking advantage of Hiller Measurement Flow Control (HMFC) to treat. With ProteusRF, Hiller delivers custom-designed RF interfaces that improve design and delivery times by 10-fold and do not require typical one-time expenses.

Ben Cloutier, CEO
Mr. Cloutier was promoted from CFO to COO. With previous leadership as Head of Airbus Program Operations for Hexcel Corporation and President / Site Manager for GE Aviation Fan Blade Operation in San Marcos, Texas, Mr. Cloutier joined Hiller Measurements in 2020. His exemplary leadership in improving the company’s financial position while setting the vision for operational excellence as CFO makes his stint as COO beneficial for the continued growth of Hiller Measurements.
Jeff smith, Financial director
Mr. Smith brings over 15 years of financial leadership experience in industries aligned with Hiller Measurements’ areas of focus, including aerospace and defense, medical devices, oil and gas, and thermonuclear. In 2015, Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Finance for Esterline, developing and driving operational efficiency measures. In 2018, he played a key role in the sale of Esterline’s engineering materials platform (his largest and most profitable operation) to TransDigm – later as Vice President of Finance for the TransDigm group.
Jeff Jones, Quality Manager
Mr. Jones joins Hiller Measurements with a wealth of leadership experience in AS9100, six sigma and the associated quality rigor required for the products provided by Hiller Measurements. His experience in developing and implementing quality systems includes time with companies such as Motorola and BAE Systems. Most recently, he was Associate Director of the Quality Compliance Team at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.
Tim DiFatta, Manager, Digital Customer Engagement at Hiller Measurements
Mr. DiFatta is from Dell Technologies Federal Business Enablement Program, where he served as Program Manager. During Tim’s tenure, Dell Federal was able to migrate several outdated and disparate enterprise applications into a fully integrated enterprise application ecosystem. Prior to Dell, Mr. DiFatta was Engineering Program Director at Northrop Grumman, leading the development of enterprise-level software platforms. Mr. DiFatta leads the development of design and engagement tools related to HMFC and Proteus, including the Proteus Design Center.
